Delete your Venora account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Venora and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the deletion notice.
5. Confirm Delete account.

Cannot access the app?

Email support@eleventhindustries.com from the email address associated with your Venora account and request account deletion. We may need to verify that you own the account before processing the request.

Data deleted

When your account is deleted, Venora deletes or anonymizes the personal data associated with it, including:

• Account and profile details
• Birth and astrological data
• Generated reports
• Social connections
• Notification tokens and notification-related information
• Other personal data associated with the account

Data that may be retained

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes:

• Purchase and accounting records: up to 10 years where required by applicable accounting or tax legislation
• Operational logs: up to 30 days
• Security audit records: up to 365 days
• Records required for investigations, legal claims, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations: for as long as reasonably necessary or legally required
• Support communications: for as long as reasonably necessary to process the request, maintain required records, and protect legal interests

Retained information is restricted to the applicable purpose and is not used to continue providing a deleted account.

Data stored on your device

Files that you exported or saved locally remain on your device. Venora cannot remotely delete exported reports, local files, screenshots, downloads, device backups, or copies you shared outside the service. You must remove those copies yourself.
